The product arrived with slight damage despite good packaging. Initially it didn't work, but I managed to revive it. Didn't like the product: firstly, the ice light bothers the cat, it tries to bury it and turning off the light is impossible; even after sealing the window, it penetrates through the drain hole in the bowl... there are plastic parts inside, and it's unclear how resistant they are to bacteria. Furthermore, the operation was unstable at first, and I even wanted to return it...

I keep mine on time rather than sensor, as she does not like being startaled when water comes on. She is very ex feral so highly strung. She is loving her new water fountain.

My cat was hesitant at first as it did not like the sensor or the light that comes on, at night trhe light is quite bright.

I turned the light towards the wall and put it on time instead of sensor, she is now using it.

I've had the fountain for a year and a half now and it works just as well as the first day. I bought replacement filters, the seller is the cheapest on all of Aliexpress, there is no one else like them. For those who have multiple pets, like my case, or it's in a spot that activates when people pass by, I recommend placing the sensor facing a wall so it only activates when the animal approaches. This way the pump and battery work much less.

No, it's a scam. It's supposed to be a water fountain, but they sent filters... how unpleasant... don't fall for scams!!!
